The Cargill Scholars Program is a mentorship program for our teen employees at The A-list. Each of our teen employees will be paired with an employee from Cargill (primarily from Cargill’s Ebony Council).
Each month there will be a Cargill Scholars event for each of our teen employees and their Cargill mentors. Events will alternate between education/career-oriented activities (i.e. Cargill site visit) and fun/service activities (Timberwolves game or volunteering at Feed My Starving Children).
This program will allow our teens to have a reliable mentor throughout the year. It will provide them with someone they are able to go to with questions and concerns about school, applying for college, career options, or to seek general advice.
