The Business Mentor of the Week program is our cornerstone program which provides an avenue for The A-list to accomplish one of its goals of revolutionizing the way the business community interacts with non-profits to engage youth.
The purpose of this program is to introduce youth to different career options. The mentors will help teens better understand the education and skills needed to succeed in their given field. In return, the speaker will provide one teen internship opportunity, job, or shadow day.
The program will take place every Tuesday from 4-5:30 pm except on the second Tuesday of every month when a later time will be offered, running from 7-8:30 pm. The session is divided into sections including introductions, discussion, questions, and speaker evaluations.
